An officer with the Columbia Police Department got arrested for driving while intoxicated.
ABC 17 reports a sheriff’s deputy pulled over Kyle Lucas on Highway 63 Sunday night for speeding and lane violations. Authorities said after a sobriety test, Lucas’ blood-alcohol content was about twice the legal limit.
He was booked into jail and is now out on bond.
