Columbia Police say rideshare locations for downtown pickup and drop-off have been updated, emphasizing that this is all about safety.
CPD says the locations have been marked with signs and that these locations are in effect daily from 9 pm to 2 am. Columbia Police say the spaces are designated as stands for designated vehicles only. The only vehicles allowed to park there are vehicles like taxis, limousines, buses, rideshare vehicles and emergency services vehicles.
