You have an opportunity Thursday evening to learn details at city hall about two planned Columbia infrastructure improvements.
The city will host an informal open house from 5:30 to 6:30 pm about a planned roundabout at East Green Meadows and East Nifong and about the Pershing road sidewalk project, near West Boulevard elementary. Construction on the roundabout project is expected to start in the summer of 2028 and the Pershing road sidewalk project will start in the fall of 2027.
Columbia Public Works says city engineering staff will be available to share design concepts and to answer your questions.
