Another warrant is issued for the Columbia restaurant owner facing arson charges in southeast Missouri.

ABC 17 reports the warrant out of Dunklin County says Crystal Umfress violated the terms of her bond by failing to keep a GPS monitor charged. Umfress is the co-owner of Casa Maria’s in Columbia. She allegedly hired a witness to start a fire at Lupita’s Mexican Restaurant in Kennett, Missouri. The business caught fire in July.

Kerry Raymond was arrested and charged with second degree arson after the fire.
