South Columbia’s Lean Kitchen Company is closing its doors.
Reporter Zola Heck from Zimmer’s “Inside Columbia” magazine reports Lean’s Kitchen Company on Green Meadows’ final day will be when they run out of meals. One employee tells Zola that the kitchen is closing because business has not been going well.
Lean Kitchen offered individually prepared healthy meals like protein donuts, cauliflower bowls and oven-baked chicken.
Owners Natalie and Jon Harding are thanking customers for their support over the past three years.
