Columbia got hit by some severe storms that resulted in damage, power outages, and one injury.
ABC 17 reports a man was hurt by a falling tree on Cook Avenue during the storms Sunday night. No word yet on how that man is doing.
More than 2,000 Boone Electric customers lost power. Several buildings in town were damaged.
