Columbia students return to in-person learning Tuesday

For the first time since last March, Columbia Public Schools students of all ages learn in-person on Tuesday.

CPS has mostly been online-only this school year because of coronavirus concerns. Masks will be required, and the district is installing ionization machines to better filter the air.

Jan. 19 is the first day of in-person learning at the new John Warner Middle School on Sinclair Road in southwest Columbia, and at the newly-renovated Locust Street Expressive Arts Elementary School.
