Columbia Police are crediting Flock cameras for helping them capture a local man accused of driving over three people during an early-morning disturbance on Sunday on Old Highway 63.
CPD investigators say one of the three people struck suffered life-threatening injuries. Columbia Police say 19-year-old Andy Cenobio was captured in mid-Missouri’s Osage County during a traffic stop.
He’s currently jailed without bond. Columbia Police are seeking first degree assault and armed criminal action charges against him.
