A 17-year-old from Columbia is dead after a crash.
The Highway Patrol says Trey Potter’s car went off Highway 40 in Howard County at the Katy Trail west of Rocheporta little before 2 a.m. Friday. Troopers say the car hit a traffic post and a concrete bridge barrier.
Potter was pronounced dead at the scene at about 2:30 a.m. Friday.
