Tonight is your opportunity to testify about the planned $12.3 million voter-approved capital improvement project on busy Forum Boulevard.

Columbia voters approved the project in 2015 as part of the capital improvement sales tax extension. The city council’s three-page report notes the project would make numerous improvements on Forum between Chapel Hill near the Callaway Bank and Woodrail Avenue. You can see several photos of the project here.
