Columbia’s new Mosers highlights major new developments near Scott Boulevard

The new Mosers grocery store near Scott Boulevard in west Columbia opens Wednesday morning at 6.

The 30,000 square foot store is located on Faurot drive, in the new Westbury Village. Businessman Roger Moser says the new store will feature a full line of groceries, a full-service deli and a Champs Chicken drive through. It will also include something no other Mosers has: a Hanger 54 Pizza.

The new Mosers near Scott Boulevard is another key development in the fast-growing area. There is growth happening nearby: The Flats at Westbury apartment complex is building a large complex near the grocery store. There’s also a new Club Car Wash, a coffee shop and a Wendy’s nearby.

Everyone who worked at the Mosers on Columbia’s Business Loop went to the new location.

Mosers is locally owned and operated by Roger and Jeanie Moser. They live in Fulton.
