Look for construction to begin soon on the new Olive Garden that will be built at the site of the former St. Mary’s Hospital in Jefferson City. Residents in the Capital City have talked for at least two decades about getting a new Olive Garden, and it’s finally happening.
Jefferson City administrator Brian Crane tells 939 the Eagle that the new Olive Garden will be below the Courtyard by Marriott on Missouri Boulevard, at the site of the former St. Mary’s. He expects construction to begin this fall.
Olive Garden spokeswoman Hailey Fitch tells 939 the Eagle that they are still early in the process. She confirms the site location that Crane provided, saying the new Olive Garden will be located at 504 Missouri Boulevard.
Olive Garden’s website says they have nearly 900 restaurants, more than 99,000 employees and more than $4.9 billion in annual sales.
