The Columbia City Council gets its first look on Monday night at some potential big changes at the mall.
The proposal is to split off the old Sears store on Stadium Blvd. and Bernadette Dr. into a separate lot and open a Dillard’s men’s store.
The council has to approve the zoning change, possibly at its meeting on Oct. 21.
