The Columbia City Council holds a public hearing on Monday night on the proposed new terminal at the airport.
Construction on the project is on track to start in the summer of 2020, and take until 2022. It will cost tens of millions of dollars.
The council on Monday night also swears in the new deputy city manager. De’Carlon Seewood has been city manager in the St. Louis suburb of Ferguson.
