COVID numbers continue to climb in Boone County in January

Columbia and Boone County health officials say that there have now been more than 11,500 confirmed COVID cases in January. That’s more than one-fourth of the overall COVID total since the start of the pandemic.

The Columbia/Boone County health department says 352 residents tested positive for COVID on Wednesday, which is the last day numbers are available.
