The city of Columbia confirmed a CPD officer was involved in a crash Tuesday afternoon.
It happened in the parking lot of the Applebee’s at 2010 Interstate 70 Dr SW.
A city spokesman said no injuries occurred as a result of the crash.
No other details were released.
Since columbia passed the distracted driving ordinance. Did this offer write themselves a ticket for distracted driving? Or did that pole just jumped right out in front of them?
