Fulton Police are asking the public to contact them with any information about Monday night’s deadly home invasion, which left a 58-year-old man dead and another man with a gunshot wound.

Fulton Police also found a body near the home invasion scene on Tuesday morning. Chief Bill Ladwig tells 939 the Eagle that the investigation continues.

“It’s rapidly changing, it’s very fluid with the discovery of a second body in the area near where the home invasion happened the previous night. That male is still unidentified,” Ladwig says.

Fulton Police have not released the name of the man who was shot to death inside the home on West ninth.

Chief Ladwig says if you have helpful information to bring closure to the families and to seek justice, you should call police.

“Their information, maybe it’s just a small tidbit but maybe something they saw. If they would just say something … we can’t do this by ourselves,” says Ladwig.

You can call Fulton Police anonymously at (573) 592-3100. The chief says there is no known threat to public safety at this time.
