High transmission of COVID across mid-Missouri and the entire state has prompted state health officials to add additional free testing sites across the state.
The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) says free testing will now be available on four Tuesdays in February in Columbia: February 1, 8, 15 and 22.
The drive-through event will take place at the MU lot at 115 West Business Loop 70, near Garth Avenue, between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.
DHSS says testing remains a key tool in keeping Missourians safe, adding that a simple test can provide peace of mind.
