COLUMBIA, Mo.- January 2, 2024– Zimmer Communications has announced that longtime physician and talk show host Dr. Randy Tobler is the new host for Wake Up Mid-Missouri, which airs weekdays from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on 93.9 the Eagle in Columbia and on KWOS (AM 950) in Jefferson City. Dr. Tobler has been the afternoon host on both stations.

Dr. Tobler will join Wake Up Mid-Missouri co-host attorney Stephanie Bell of Ashland, as well as John Marsh, Brian Hauswirth and Hannah the Producer on the popular morning show. They deliver the daily news in Columbia, Jefferson City and across mid-Missouri, as well as thought-provoking analysis. The show features numerous guests and interviews ranging from Missouri Governor Mike Parson, members of the state’s congressional delegation, Missouri lawmakers in both parties and local officials.
Dr. Tobler embraces primary care for men and women in his direct to patient practice, adding 30 plus years of OB/GYN board certification as added specialization. He’s also an accomplished musician. Dr. Tobler’s non-negotiable broadcast principles are truth-seeking and call out politically correct absurdity at every level. Dr. Tobler is a father of three and a husband of more than 40 years.
