Drug charges for 25 people in Cooper County

A long drug investigation in Cooper County results in charges for 25 different people.

Boonville police announced in a release they have 15 of the 25 suspects already in custody.

During the investigation, officers found heroin, methamphetamine, marijuana, cocaine and prescription drugs.

Ten of the 15 people arrested are from Boonville. The arrests also include a woman from Columbia and a man from Ashland.
