Early voting gets underway today and will continue every day until the April 8 municipal election day. You can cast your ballot in person just like on election day at the Boone County Government Center in downtown Columbia. Columbia Mayor Barbara Buffaloe is seeking re-election to a second term. She’s being challenged by Blair Murphy and Tanya Heath. Fourth-ward city councilman Nick Foster is opposed by Ron Graves. And there are three people running for two seats on the Columbia Public Schools Board of Education. Incumbent Suzette Waters is seeking reelection. Also running are Erica Dickson and Ken Rice. Don’t forget your photo ID.
