Endangered silver advisory issued for 73-year-old Randolph County man

Authorities in mid-Missouri’s Moberly have issued an endangered silver advisory regarding a missing adult who suffers from schizophrenia and macular degeneration.

Moberly Police say 73-year-old John William Mullaney is a white male, about five feet ten and 190 pounds. Mr. Mullaney has gray hair and blue eyes and was last seen on August 22 wearing a black ball cap and sandals. He also has an artificial eye and was last seen walking eastbound from his home.
