Executive director out at Daniel Boone Regional Library

The board of trustees of the Daniel Boone Regional Library is not renewing the contract of the library’s executive director, Margaret Conroy. Her contract ends June 30. Conroy was placed on administrative leave Thursday after a meeting of the trustees and no longer works at the library. Board of trustees President Nate Suttenfield said the board wanted a new and fresh leadership approach, according to a report today in CoMoBUZ.com. Conroy had been executive director at the library since January of 2018.
