Indoor renovations have been completed at a popular downtown Columbia bar and grill.
Developer Nic Parks purchased the assets of Shiloh and took over in September. Parks tells 939 the Eagle’s “CEO Round Table” that Shiloh needed a lot of work.
“They’ve done an inside remodel. Paint, furniture, you’ll notice new light fixtures, bathroom remodel. There’s a lot going on the inside,” Parks says.
Crews are now focusing on the outside, and have replaced the deteriorating sign and have installed a new one. They’re also doing landscaping work.
Parks says Shiloh is famous for its patio.
“All new tv’s outside, which we did new tv’s in the fall inside and now we’re outside. Just put three new larger outdoor tv’s, expensive. But I think people appreciate them,” says Parks.
Mr. Parks is also developing Lakeside Ashland. You can hear Fred Parry’s full interview with Mr. Parks here.
