Family of Riley Strain files suit

The family of former University of Missouri fraternity member Riley Strain has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the Delta Chi fraternity and its members. Strain went missing last March 8 after being kicked out of a Nashville bar. His body was discovered March 22 in the Cumberland River. The lawsuit claims the fraternity’s Mizzou chapter did not follow its protocols for keeping members safe during the trip.
