FEMA mandated changes a possibility in Jeff City

You might end up seeing some FEMA mandated changes to property in North Jefferson City.

Parks Director Todd Spalding says the feds are telling the city some of renovations in old Cedar City might have to go.

“There are some structures in the commons that we’re going to have to look at.”

FEMA claims those properties built after the 1990’s floods don’t meet their standards.
