A car fire has damaged a downtown Columbia parking garage.
The fire started at about 10 a.m. Friday on the second floor of the garage at Eighth and Cherry streets.
Investigators have not said what caused the fire. It led to about $60,000 in damage.
The parking garage reopened Friday afternoon.
