One of the main suspects in the Carl DeBrodie case had a hearing on Monday morning.
The charges against Anthony Flores include involuntary manslaughter and abandonment of a corpse.
His trial was going to start in March, but it was put on hold because of what online court records describe as a “pending federal matter.” It was put on hold another 90 days, until Sept. 23, for the same reason on Monday.
DeBrodie is the Fulton man with special needs found encased in concrete in a storage unit in 2017. Flores and Sherry Paulo both worked at DeBrodie’s group home. Paulo’s trial is on hold until October 23.
