Former foundation sues Lincoln University

The battle between Lincoln University and its former fundraising foundation heats up.

The university parted company with the foundation back in February, saying it wanted to raise funds internally. Now the 62nd and 65th Regiments Legacy Foundation is suing the school.

The group’s lawyers claim the university is withholding records and more than $660,000 the foundation raised.
