Former Glasgow administrator admits to misdemeanor stealing charge

Glasgow’s former city administrator and police chief pleads guilty to receiving stolen property.

Kevin Atwood admitted on Thursday he committed the misdemeanor. He was looking at a felony stealing charge at one point, after a 2018 audit found about $3,200 disappeared while he was managing Glasgow’s money.

Atwood has to pay the city back $2,787. He will get his sentence on Aug. 27.
