Former Glasgow administrator to be sentenced Thursday for stealing

Glasgow’s former city administrator and police chief was scheduled to learn his criminal punishment on Thursday.

Kevin Atwood pleaded guilty in June to misdemeanor receiving stolen property. He was looking at a felony stealing charge at one point, after a 2018 audit found about $3,200 disappeared while he was managing Glasgow’s money.

Atwood has to pay the city most of that cash back.
