Four in custody after Fulton shooting

Four suspects are in custody after a deadly gunbattle Tuesday afternoon on Kathy Street in Fulton. Police say 19-year-old Jakien O. Braggs was ambushed in his car. He died after returning fire. 19-year old Quira Walton is charged with first-degree murder. 20-year-old Emmanuel Brown and 23-yar-old Taeon Logan are charged with conspiracy to commit first degree murder. All are from Fulton and being held in the Callaway County jail. A fourth suspect is juvenile, who is also in custody.
