The Fulton City Council holds a special meeting on Tuesday night to consider requiring masks.
Residents and business owners in Fulton will have their chance to talk before the council starts discussion at city hall.
Columbia is the only mid-Missouri city so far with a mask ordinance to slow the spread of the coronavirus.
