Fulton man accused of hitting relatives with car

A Fulton man is accused of hitting two family members with a stolen car.

Police say Joseph Buccholz-Belcher hurt two victims on East 7^th Street on Wednesday afternoon with a car stolen out of Columbia. An officer says he tried to resist arrest when they took him into custody near Bluff Street and Route Z.

Buccholz-Belcher, 22, is in jail with no bond.
