A Fulton man is looking at time in federal prison after admitting to shooting at some semis during a police chase down I-70.
Russell Moore pleaded guilty to the shots fired incidents in a 2016 chase. Officers chased Moore and Victoria Buol after spotting them in a stolen Jeep at the Midway Travel Plaza. They shot at four trucks, narrowly missing one driver.
The pair was caught when they ran out of gas in Callaway County.
