A Fulton man is arrested on burglary charges.
Police say they got word about a burglary on Westminster Ave. at about 9:30 p.m. Thursday. Officers found Will Shoemaker nearby and arrested him.
Shoemaker, 20, is accused of first degree burglary and second degree property damage.
