Fulton man sentenced for I-70 chase, gunshots

It’s a 30-year prison sentence for the Fulton man who fired several shots during a police chase on I-70.

Russell Moore (left), 28, and Victoria Buol drove away from a deputy in a stolen Jeep at Midway Truck Stop in 2016. Moore shot that deputy’s patrol car using a stolen gun. He also put bullets into a couple semis on the interstate. One of those bullets lodged behind a driver’s seat, but no one was hurt.

Moore got his 30-year sentence on Tuesday.
