Fulton police arrested Bradley Foutes early Tuesday morning after officers received reports of a burglary in progress.
Police said they got a call late Monday night that Foutes had kicked open a door to an apartment in the 2500 block of N Bus 54.
According to the police report, Foutes was scared off by the homeowner and was unable to be found.
A couple hours later, Foutes returned to the residence and was arrested.
Foutes is currently in the Callaway County Jail on a no bond hold for burglary and property damage.
