Gov. Parson forced to land in Columbia after plane problem

Governor Mike Parson is safe after a problem with the his plane caused the pilot to turn around mid-trip.

Reports say an issue with a required system on the plane prompted the pilot to turn back toward Columbia in the middle of a flight to Kansas City.

The plane was able to land without any problems. Parson had to cancel his visit to Park University and says he hopes to reschedule.
