Missouri Vietnam era veterans get a long deserved “Welcome Home.”
Hundreds gathered in the Capitol Rotunda to be honored for their time served by Army veteran Governor Mike Parson.
“We owe them that gratitude today to be here and thank them again for their service.”
State lawmakers and National Guardsmen pinned special recognition medals on the veterans.
Governor Parson served six years as a military policeman.
