About 1,000 people will dine on scrambled eggs, bacon and biscuits and gravy at Thursday morning’s Governor’s ham breakfast at the state fair in west-central Missouri’s Sedalia.

The breakfast begins at 8 am, and it’s your opportunity to meet Missouri Governor Mike Kehoe, U.S. Sen. Eric Schmitt and other members of the state’s congressional delegation, Missouri state lawmakers in both parties and Missouri Supreme Court judges.
Jackson’s Event Catering in Marshall is cooking the breakfast and they always get great marks from the crowd for the breakfast’s quality and flavor.

Missouri Department of Agriculture (MDA) director Chris Chinn describes the Missouri state fair as the state’s largest agricultural showcase.
