Hawley supports Senate abortion restriction bill

President Trump in his State of the Union address this week showed support for a Senate bill banning late-term abortions, the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act.

“It’s very hard to imagine that this legislation is even necessary,” Missouri Republican Senator Josh Hawley said this week. “In the United States of America, in the 21st century, when every day new, advanced technologies bring revelations about the wonders of human life.”

Virginia is among the states lately looking at loosening restrictions on late-term abortions.
