A Holts Summit woman is flown to the hospital after a Highway 54 accident.
The Highway Patrol says a semi was trying to make a right turn on to Buffalo Road southwest of Jefferson City on Sunday afternoon when a pickup hit the side of the big rig and flipped.
Jana Crum, 64, was the passenger in the pickup. She has serious injuries at a Columbia hospital at last check.
Both drivers only have minor injuries.
