March home prices for Boone County were mixed.
The Columbia Board of Realtors says the average home sold price was down 1.3 percent to $369,000, while the median price increased 1.5 percent to $335,000.
The Columbia Board of Realtors says home sales overall increased six percent for 2025’s first quarter, while building permits decreased ten percent for the first quarter. The Board of Realtors says the drop in building permits could be from January and February’s cold temperatures, along with snow and ice.
