Police arrest a teenager accused in a deadly shooting at Columbia’s Cosmo Park.
Officers said Tuesday a 15-year old was arrested and charged with second degree murder, armed criminal action and delivery/possession of a controlled substance.
Authorities say Jermaine Spain, 19, was found dead at the park off West Business Loop 70 near Stadium and I-70 on Monday at around 6 p.m. Police also found a second gunshot victim who got treated at a hospital.
