An Illinois man accused of a Kentucky murder is in the Boone County Jail.
U.S. Marshals and other authorities arrested Christopher Howard on Tuesday. The Cairo, Illinois man is connected to a murder in Paducah, Kentucky on Aug. 8.
Howard, 31, is accused of murder, assault, and being a felon in possession of a handgun.
