A Jefferson City man pleads guilty in a deadly double stabbing.
Cole County Prosecutor Locke Thompson said on Tuesday he agreed to not seek the death penalty in exchange for Brandon Rapier’s plea. Rapier killed Ciera Kolb and Micah Hall at a home on Grant Street in Jefferson City in 2016.
Rapier, 31, is looking at life in prison without parole.
