UPDATE: JCPD says two crashes on Missouri River bridge in Jefferson City are cleared

Traffic is flowing again in the southbound lanes of Highway 54/63 at the Missouri River bridge in Jefferson City.

Jefferson City Police Lieutenant Jason Payne tells 939 the Eagle that there were two separate crashes on the bridge, backing up traffic for three to four miles. The Missouri State Highway Patrol tells us they assisted Jefferson City police during the crash.
