Will an indoor pot farm go in next door to your house?
Jefferson City Councilman Dave Kemna says city officials are starting to look at all the possibilities surrounding growing and selling medical marijuana.
“I think it’s all of them, because they’re really defined for the different types of facilities that are coming into play.”
Kemna says state law already prohibits marijuana growing operations and retailers from being built within 1,000 feet of a school, day care or a church.
