Jeff City Housing Authority forces owner to sell dilapidated homes

Another win for the Jefferson City Housing Authority in their battle to take over a number of dilapidated homes.

Judge Pat Joyce approved a plan to force the owner to sell five houses and two lots. Barbara Buesher owns the homes and property on East Capitol, State Street and Jackson Street.

This was the second suit filed against her by the city. Buesher owns several other abandoned buildings, mostly on the near east side.
